We all desegnated roles for the presentation next week. I was supposed to make images that relate to the themes that we picked for articals and storys in our magazine. This image is for the theme of Cadbury Chocolate. Cadury is a very famous part of birmingham and has a rich history in the culture of the city. The origonal family that ouned Cadbury made houses for there workforce and gave out numerous benifits helping not only the local econamy but the people of the city aswell. The illustration is a black and white abstact. I resurched elemoents of the Cadbury brand and found that the logo for the company had to glasses of milk above it so I did the same in homage. I also inculded covayerbelts. The image makes a heart which is made up of two maps of birmingham and some type. Thetext reads "Birmingham's heart is a Cadbury world". I was playing on the theme of Cadbury being a key and loving part of the city.
